Green River Covered Bridge

Last fall, I did a photo study of the Green River Covered Bridge in Guilford Vermont. Last weekend we were in the area again so we stopped by to see how it looked this time of year.

Venerable bridge,
I can hear your bones creaking
as I pass over.

Choose a watery scene:
Waters of adventure
Fishing boats

I remember that previous post, though I had to go back and see it again because I was thinking you shot it in the Summer.

Beautiful area no matter what the season. I can't imagine a view like that every single day.

This is completely random but the first thing I thought of upon gazing on the first photo was ... the movie Beetlejuice. Remember them going off the bridge into the water? That looks like the bridge and scene. WHERE did THAT memory spring from? Obviously, I need to get outside some today and get some air....

Oh, beautiful shots...as always!
