With Fiesta coming up, the rowers are getting ready for the Seine Boat races. The first shot was taken Friday night. The last shots were taken in the drizzle on Sunday.

Wow Steve, not a happy looking bunch!! Miss yellow shorts looks like she sees you and wants to smash you with the camera!! hahaha
(sorry I had to say it!) And in the last picture...well let's just say the coach looks like she has an issue!
But the pictures are fantastic!

That's a great looking crew Steve.

Nah, I think they are too focused to pay much attention to me. They practice hard and take it very seriously. There have been some men's teams out, but not when I've been able to run out and do some shooting.

Hi Roy, they are coming together very nicely and I'm sure they will do well.

......cool!! I loved this post. Seeing how hard they are concentrating and working. I used to row a little boat on a small lake where we used to live. I loved it. I couldn't imagine rowing on the ocean! Beautiful...

Wow! As a member of the Oar'dacious team, I want to thank you for capturing not only our victory but our tough practices. Our faces speak volumes for the tough rowing conditions we encountered during practices. I have forwarded the link to my teammates. How do we obtain prints?

I'd like to know how to obtain a print as well..
