Forgotten Photo Friday, Song Sparrows

I shot these Song Sparrows feeding in the dead grass and twigs after a snow storm last December. As you can see, it was a lot of fun.

Steve, this is special. You really know your stuff. A bird's beauty is enhanced with a white background, I think.

Thanks All! Unlike my 24 January post, I had the sun to my back. This gave me terrific shutter speed and I could go with a moderately deep depth of field and still stop the motion. In the second to the last shot, I got real lucky. Another 1/16th of an inch higher and the sticks would have hidden the eyes meaning another shot in the trash can.
