Mountain Chickadee

The Mountain Chickadee is one of my comfort birds. I used to have them in my yard when I lived outside of Boulder, Colorado. This one was imaged in the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve earlier this year.

nice, this is a new one for me. It is interesting how precise they are To land in that tree with all thorns and not getting hurt. :)
