Red-footed Booby

On Kilauea Point on the north end of Kauai at this time of the year you can find nesting Red-footed Boobies.

Those big red feet are good for a couple of things, increasing drag when coming in too fast…

Scratching his ear! TOO cool! I didn't know there was a red-footed booby as well as a blue-footed booby. Great photos!
