Nashville Warbler in Mesquite

The Mesquite trees were full of flowers and bees. There were three Nashville Warblers coming through. Little did I know, but I would see these in Palm Springs and in Brawley, California that week. I photographed these in Big Morongo Canyon Preserve.

Gorgeous pictures. Good to see a bird I just got familiar with this past weekend at South Llano River State Park - a bird photographer's paradise.

That's pretty coo, Marilyn. This was my first California sighting of this bird.

Great photos, Steve, and very cool that you visited Big Morongo Canyon Preserve! Our desert home is further up the highway past Joshua Tree. Been to the Preserve a few times, but this post motivates me to go again!
