C’est Cheese!

Just like there is an apple for everyone, and a chocolate for everyone, there is a cheese for everyone. We were driving up to Rye, New Hampshire for an outing to a car show. Becky had mentioned that she works wish a French woman that is really persnickety about her cheese and highly recommended C’est Cheese, which was along the way. To be exact, it is located at 61 Lafayette Rd, North Hampton, New Hampshire.

This is a dilemma, which to choose? Which to choose? English Farmhouse? How about some Roquefort? Perhaps some Valdeon?

Oooo! There some Italian sheep cheese. That’s gotta be good.

See the Mahon, the yellow cheese on the lower left? Yah, excellent for grilled cheese sandwiches. (I’m a quesadilla man my self.) We walked out with some of that.

Here are some more English cheeses.

And a bottle of Merlot from Paso Robles (California) to go with our purchases. They have a nice little wine selection.

And who can have cheese without thinking about Wallace and his little cheese gesture?

Be sure to visit Our World Tuesday this week!

I was born about 25 miles from Cheddar Steve, so I will stick with that.
Oddly enough, now I live about 20 miles away from Stilton.
