Postcards from Home

This is the where I spent my formative years. We took a drive through to see how the colors were doing. These are images from the Little Lake in Wells, Vermont. It is still a beautiful place.

Things have changed. Many of the fields on some of the hillsides have all grown up with trees 8 to 10 inches in diameter. The bails that were once rectangular and stackable are now round. How do you going to stack these in a hay loft?

What a superb area to grow up in Steve. Your photos are outstanding and give a real feel for all that Autumn beauty. Hurricane Sandy is heading our way. We're in Virginia. Do hope you will not see too much of it up there.
