I’ve got some more Gloucester Schooner Festival images for you today. These come from later in the morning when the sky cleared up.
First up is the Schooner Fame from Salem.
The Liberty Clipper from Boston.

The American Eagle, the favorite of Jay from Cape Ann Images.

I can never thank Harold Burnham enough for making the Ardelle. What a beautiful pinky schooner.

Harold also built the Lannon, the Fame and the Lewis H. Story.

The Spirit of Massachusetts following the Ardelle around to Eastern Point.

Para que las fotos obtuvieran una matrícula de honor, solo haría falta que los barcos estuviesen llenos de gente disfrazada de piratas :-)
Las velas desplegadas son preciosas.
