Photo Study of the Spirit of Massachusetts

The varying light conditions not only kept Jay and me on our toes during the Gloucester Schooner Festival, it gave us some great chances to get a variety of photos of each schooner.

Here the Spirit of Massachusetts is partially backlit by the sky.

Just a slight change in our course and the light becomes a bit cooler.

Running along sider her off of Dogbar Breakwater, we have the light to our back. Perfect! My Garrison bobs like a cork behind the Spirit of Massachusetts.
