Lunch in Lichtenstein

After a morning of meetings in Switzerland, we crossed the Rhine to Lichtenstein to have lunch at the Gasthaus zum Löwen. Here I am with Switzerland behind me.

After the lunch meeting we took a break to walk over to the old church that was on top of the hill across the street.

This is the coolest fire hydrant I’ve ever seen.

Okay, back to work! We’ve got to finish up and then I’ll fly to Geneva for a meeting in Annecy, France.

You are really getting into the "let's swing over to that other country" kind of mood! ;-)

If you have any chance to get up near Mount Blanc, take it. Driving out of Geneva towards that mountain range almost immediately offers truly great sights.

I drove my daughter to university in Geneva, driving from Vienna through Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein (that was just for fun, to add one more country to the count), then Switzerland, France, and again Switzerland. Back to Vienna via Italy. Five days, six countries.
