The Sugar Shack

Got to get me some of the sweet stuff. Becky has a buckwheat pancake recipe that is outrageous. But this is fall and last year’s maple syrup should be about half gone by now. Yup, I like to cut an acorn squash in half, remove the seeds, plop in some butter, cinnamon and maple syrup. Bake it in the oven. Now that’s a great fall side dish.
