Tallship Gazela Primeiro in Gloucester Harbor.

When we arrived back from our vacation in California, we found the Gazela Primeiro in our front yard. This shot looks east over Gloucester Harbor. First is the morning shot before work.

And later in the evening. The Gazela Primeiro was built in Setubal, Portugal in 1902. She carried fishermen to the Grand Banks off of Newfoundland right up until 1969. The Gazela is now part of the Philadelphia Ship Preservation Guild.

I'm longing for the New England states but that will have to wait. Checking in with your blog helps tide me over Steve. Have a wonderful Sunday. Carol
