Sea Worm

I was walking off of Pavilion Beach at low tide and found this colorful sea worm trying to find a place to hide before some gull made a snack of it. I was fascinated by the colors. It was about 5 inches long. The periwinkle by its head is a bout the size of your thumbnail.

This was taken in about two inches of water with my 70-300mm.
