Forgotten Photo Photo: Savannah Sparrow

Those of us that are bird watchers see thousands of birds every year. Every once in a while, an individual stands out. Such was this Savannah Sparrow we encountered on a birding trip to Plum Island.



Taken last June, this little fellow sang his lungs out from the top of a thee foot tall bush. He didn't seem to mind our presence.
