This week’s forgotten photos are from last July’s visit to California. It is an Anna’s hummingbird that claimed my in-law’s back yard as its own. In this case, these photos were not forgotten, but were put off to keep the blog fresh as new events unfolded.

Wonderful photos of the hummingbirds. Great captures! They are quick. There are different species of hummers in California and I would love to see them in person.

Ohhhh, great photos. I have three hummingbird feeders in my back yard and have tried to capture pictures of them with my little point 'n shoot but it just isn't as affective as a "big girl" camera would be. Great photos! hugs from HW
