The Thomas E. Lannon sails past Boston

Well, not really. The T.E.L. was outside of the breakwater and 23 miles north of Boston. We had cool, dry air move in and the visibility was endless. We were about 4 miles away from the Lannon when I shot this.

Beautiful photo. Love how the city is in the far distance, just a pale blue silhouette.

The day I was in Gloucester I managed to get a few photos of Boston in the distance. Later on I started deleting them because I couldn't see anything in the photos! Finally I realized what I was deleting.

Wonderful view Steve and the T.E.L. just makes the shot.
