I cannot believe that I have not shown you this lighthouse yet. This is Plum Island Light in Newburyport, Massachusetts.

When you go there in the spring and summer, you will see Purple Martins.

I can't believe I haven't seen that lighthouse! Where is it in Newburyport? Wonder whyI've never noticed it?

Seems odd that it's in the middle of a lawn like that. Beautiful though.

Glad you like this post, Kay.

Hi Sharon, rather than taking a right down to the reseave, take a left and go the the north end of the island. It's there!

Hi Roy, This one wasn't really forgotten, just never got around to posting it.

Hi Hip Chick, Nope, but it's close enough!

Wow....in the first photo, the combination of the white fence, lighthouse, and house is gorgeous. I only see scenes like that in movies. I've got to get to the east coast!!

What a cute lighthouse and I love the Martin houses. I'll be putting one up here early this spring.
