This is Motif Number 1 (the red fishing shack), located in Rockport, Massachusetts. High Tide brings the lobster boats up high making a colorful scene.

One thing about your photographs that always catches my eye is that your skies are always so clear. Must be a good healthy area to live in Steve.

Rockport way on the other side of the US from me!! :) :) This is an awesome shot. I love the red colors and it just looks soooo East Coast.. Well to me anyway. Love all of your duck/loon and geese shots as well. I totally enjoyed viewing your blog. Will stop in again. Aloha, Renee :)

This is very colorful. Love the reds. I really like the activity on docks. They make for such interesting, real life shots.

Beautiful shots. It's way across the US from me too. I would love to visit the New England area sometimes. I love all the floats on the building. We collect floats and have them hanging all over our yard. Not a sight you usually see so far from the coast ;-)

Hi Sharon, yes, just wanted to stop and use the public rest room and saw this and just had to shoot it. The colors were just outstanding. There were a pair of swans there too that I have to post.

I have Swan pictures too! What a thrill to finally see a pair again.
