Forgotten Photo Friday, USCG Cutter Chinook

This is a set of photos that posted tonight because, well, I forgot I took them. This is the USCG Cutter Chinook from New London, CT. These were taken as the dusk fell upon us.

Love the pictures of the Coast Guard boat. I have a thing for Coast Guard boats and a ton of respect for those who do that for a living.

I like middle photo best, probably because of the pink and blue sky colors. All of your photos are a pleasure to look at, very different from the desert landscape where I live.

That is a sleek vessel Steve. I would hate it to be chasing me down.

Hi Eve, the first is my favorite too.

Hi Helen, your welcome, thanks for stopping by!

I agree Kim and NCmountain Woman, these guys go out in all sorts of weather. Tough as nails.

Hi Diane, the sunsets here in Gloucester are quite nice. I love the desert and you blog is spectacular.

Yeah Joan, she came in pretty fast. If it were chasing you down, you'd be in trouble or you'd be threatening our coast!
